Children ages 15 and under are FREE with an accompanying adult ticket holder. When checking out, please add the $0.00 kids ticket to your order for kids to gain free entry.

70 Vendors will be attending The BIG Plant Expo. It will be a combination of Local, National, and International Plant vendors.

Yes! There is a covered garage and an open parking lot.

Is there a parking fee?

Yes, Charleston Convention Center charges $10.00 per car per day.

Go to: https://www.bigplantexpo.com/signupthebigplantexpo click button to apply. All vendor and sponsor questions should be answered within the application.

Is there a Military Discount?

Yes! We proudly offer Buy 1 General Admission Ticket, Get 1 General Admission Ticket 50% Off for active duty military, veterans, and retirees.

• Valid on General Admission tickets only
• Available on 1 Day and 2 Day General Admission tickets
• Military ID is required and will be checked at the door
• Limit 10 discounted ticket purchases per military ID holder
• Cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, or discount
• Not valid on VIP tickets, VIP upgrades, or VIP Soirée tickets
• Guests who purchase military discounted tickets and are unable to provide valid military identification at check in will be required to pay the difference to the full ticket price before entry is permitted

The BIG Plant Expo reserves the right to verify military status upon entry.

Yes, Make sure you wear your wrist band or VIP badge the whole event.

Ticket Policy:

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. The event will take place rain or shine. 

Are Pets Allowed?

Only trained service animals are permitted inside The BIG Plant Expo.

In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), a service animal is a dog that has been individually trained to perform specific tasks for a person with a disability.

Please note:

• Emotional support animals, comfort animals, therapy animals, and pets are not considered service animals under the ADA and are not permitted.

• Service animals must remain under the control of their handler at all times and be leashed, harnessed, or tethered unless these devices interfere with the animal's work or the individual's disability prevents their use.

• Expo staff may ask two questions:

  1. Is the dog a service animal required because of a disability?

  2. What work or task has the dog
