  • Absolutely! Plant lovers of all ages are welcome. Children 15 and under receive free admission with a ticketed adult.

  • Can I purchase plants and take them home the same day?

  • Yes! Vendors will have plants, supplies, artwork, home décor, and other products available for purchase throughout the weekend. Many attendees shop early and take their purchases home the same day.

  • Do vendors accept credit cards?

  • Most vendors accept major credit and debit cards; however, payment methods vary by vendor. Bringing cash is recommended.

  • Are VIP tickets worth it?

  • If you're looking for first access to rare plants, exclusive shopping opportunities, shorter lines, and a more relaxed shopping experience, VIP admission offers the best Expo experience.

  • Is parking available?

  • Yes! Parking is available at the Charleston Convention Center. Standard parking rates established by the venue apply.

  • Can I leave and come back later?

  • Yes. Attendees may leave and re-enter the Expo during the same day with a valid wristband or badge.

  • Are pets allowed?

  • No. Pets and emotional support animals are not permitted inside The BIG Plant Expo.

  • In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), trained service dogs are welcome.

  • Yes! Food and beverages will be available for purchase throughout the weekend.
